Sub Sub Ibiza SL ("we") runs the radio station subsub.fm and this app. Questions about privacy: contact@subsub.fm. The radio technology is provided by NexRadio (nexradio.cloud), which processes data on our behalf.
What we process
- Listening. When you listen, our servers see your IP address and device type, as every web server does. We use this to deliver the stream and to count how many people listen. We do not build listener profiles.
- Song requests. If you send a request we receive the song and artist, your name, who it is for, your message and your email address (used to confirm when it will be played). If you add a voice message we receive that recording. Requests and voice messages can be played on air.
- Messages to the studio. If you send a message through subsub.fm we receive your name, your email address and your message, so the studio can reply to you by email.
- On your device. The app and the website store a few settings on your device (for example the time of your last request, recently played titles and, if you choose to receive notifications, a notification token). You can remove these by clearing the site data or uninstalling the app.
- Notifications. Only if you switch them on. You can switch them off again in the app.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, no selling or renting of your data.
- No sharing of your data except with the providers that help us run the station (hosting and radio technology).
How long we keep it
Song request details (name, email, message, voice message) are deleted as soon as the request has been handled. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and statistics. Ask us if you want something removed sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Email contact@subsub.fm. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Sub Sub Ibiza SL ("wij") maakt de radiozender subsub.fm en deze app. Vragen over privacy: contact@subsub.fm. De radiotechniek wordt geleverd door NexRadio (nexradio.cloud), die in onze opdracht gegevens verwerkt.
Wat we verwerken
- Luisteren. Als je luistert zien onze servers je IP-adres en apparaattype, zoals elke webserver. Dat gebruiken we om de stream te leveren en te tellen hoeveel mensen luisteren. We maken geen luisteraarsprofielen.
- Verzoeknummers. Stuur je een verzoek, dan ontvangen we nummer en artiest, je naam, voor wie het is, je bericht en je e-mailadres (om te bevestigen wanneer het wordt gedraaid). Voeg je een gesproken bericht toe, dan ontvangen we die opname. Verzoeken en gesproken berichten kunnen op de radio worden uitgezonden.
- Berichten aan de studio. Stuur je via subsub.fm een bericht, dan ontvangen we je naam, je e-mailadres en je bericht, zodat de studio je per mail kan antwoorden.
- Op je apparaat. De app en de website bewaren een paar instellingen op je apparaat (bijvoorbeeld het tijdstip van je laatste verzoek, recent gespeelde titels en, als je meldingen aanzet, een meldingstoken). Wis je de sitegegevens of verwijder je de app, dan zijn ze weg.
- Meldingen. Alleen als je ze zelf aanzet. Je kunt ze in de app weer uitzetten.
Wat we niet doen
- Geen advertentietrackers en geen verkoop of verhuur van je gegevens.
- Geen delen van je gegevens, behalve met de partijen die ons helpen de zender te draaien (hosting en radiotechniek).
Hoe lang we het bewaren
Verzoekgegevens (naam, e-mail, bericht, gesproken bericht) worden verwijderd zodra het verzoek is afgehandeld. Serverlogs bewaren we beperkte tijd voor beveiliging en statistieken. Wil je dat iets eerder weg is, vraag het ons.
Je rechten
Je kunt ons vragen je gegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen, het gebruik te beperken of er bezwaar tegen te maken, en een kopie te ontvangen. Mail contact@subsub.fm. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
